Michelle was great to work with to start the loan process. Then it went to Grace and things went down hill from there. Didn't respond to E-mails in a time worthy manner and when she needed something from me, there was no direction to what she really needed. She seemed very combative with my Realter Christina and made me wish I had went with someone local.

We loved being able to refi from home. All the esigning makes it very easy. Even the closing was done at our home. Making it very convienant.

prompt communication; took the time to explain things and processes, that as a first time homebuyer, I was unaware of or unsure of. Gave advice on how to save money during the process as well as advice on how to handle things in the future. Ben is knowledgeable about mortgages and the home buying process and seemed to care that we got the best deal possible. Never got frustrated no matter how many questions we asked.
