It is hard for some seniors to do everything on line. It was also hard to be on top of responses when you are in the middle of moving. I was overwelmed. How ever this could of been caused due to the requirement of a quick sale and that makes it understandable as to why there was so much to do. Stephen never made us feel like we weren't doing things fast enough nor did he ever display impatience towords us. Our experience was only hard due to everything being on line not the people that worked for us
