There were several complications when processing this loan that came from the title company such as losing our original documents with all our Pii, having to resign everything, and still having had to follow up multiple times that almost caused issues with releasing the funds and disbursement of funds to pay off the prior loan company on time. However it was paid off on the due date. So that is much appreciated!
