Everything with Drew was Great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Got us what we wanted and explained pros/cons so we understood completely. Follow up with us was Great also! Only down side to the process was we provided all creditor mailing addresses as asked so checks could be processed to pay off some debt. We thought since doing that the lender was mailing directly to creditors. Unfortunately that was not the case, lender mailed checks to our address with the mailing addresses typed out for us to go down and pay to have them shipped. The lender made a mistake and did not send all checks claiming a "oops" moment then got the additional checks to us within a few days. This put the pay off of cards past a few days so late fees accrued on the accounts. Once again Drew was amazing, the lender failed a little but not checking to make sure everything was in the envelope before they mailed it.
