The initial process was great. Naomi was always available and communicated and advocated for her clients. Things went off the rails a bit during the last part of the underwriting. My prior employer received someone's financial data which was concerning and we were asked for info last minute that we had already provided. However, both Michelle and Naomi were aleya available to walk through these last items and teied there best to support us durung the closing process. We are thankful for their support. NAF third party fiscal and employment verification vendor was a concern with the accidental email of another NAF clients info, and we'd recommend a more secure system . We would recommend Naomi, Michelle and NAF .
