We were first time home buyers. Everything about it was a new experience for us. It was a lot of hard work and patience that got us into our home! Through it all Laura was an extremely solid and competent mentor for us, both physically and mentally. When it seemed we were so tired we just could not go on anymore , she rallied us up and supported us until it was complete. Laura's staff was incredible, when you find someone with a totally awesome staff like she has, it's a great feeling.

Tyler was great, but I feel his supporting staff needs to really step up the process and be as great as Tyler is. Tyler seemed to do everything and run everything and his team should support him as much as he supports them.
