ALex was very service oriented and calm under time limitations. We came to him late in the game, but he was stellar with answering our questions, being patient with explaining things to get the job done! Our only suggestion (which is for the company, not the employee) would be to not automate as much through apps, as this creates a VERY unprofeesional, unpersonal experience and makes you feel like just a number. Alex was very good at calling, explaining, and supplementing the NAF app automated process and making things much more personable. If you try to automate everything, it will likely put great people, such as Alex, out of their jobs. Although automation seems more convenient, PEOPLE are the crux of your business, so we hope that you continue to use and hire more people such as Alex Carriker to keep things more service oriented. He was exceptional! Thank you!
