Lots of double submissions and a little lack of communication it seemed between loan processor and underwriter. Andrea ended up explaining it all to me and was right on contacting me to make me feel at ease though. Most of it might have been that I just didn't understand the process between the loan processor and underwriter - I hadn't dealt with that when I bought my three other houses.

David Kooner was great and quick to respond. Kimberly's lack of communication made the last few weeks of the journey very stressful. Simple communication to let us know things were being worked on or if we had been given timely little updates along the way would have made a big difference in our experience. Instead emails and requests for updates were ignored. A simple "it's in the works and I should have an update for you later this afternoon" would have gone a long way. As the days went on and her official office hours had past for the day, we had no idea things were in progress behind the scenes.

Her communication not just with me and the escrow/title team but mostly the care she gave the buyer; getting him ready to buy, sharing all the options and the pros/cons so the buyer was well educated before looking at houses and then when we found one, she took the time to go over the rates and options available that day for him. Awesome!
