Working for a mortgage company during a pandemic I know how busy the current market is and all the extra work it entails. This process was so smooth. This is my first home purchase and was surprised at how easy the process was. My credit is not fantastic and I was able to secure the house I wanted with a payment that’s comparable to a two bedroom apartment.
