Henry stepped in when the original loan officer went on an extended leave. He was ery quick to make sure the ball wasn't dropped.

Laurie was great with her communication and quick to respond. She was wonderful at pushing through a silly technicality that the underwriter requested last minute that caused a 2 day delay in closing. Underwtiring was a disappointment, Laurie was not . This delay cost the buyer extra money in moving expenses and left them homeless over the weekend during an already extremely unusual and difficult transaction with a very bitter seller
