This was the second time my listing was bought by someone using New American Funding. The first time, with another person at the company, was horrible!! I did not tell my seller the second buyer was using the same lender because I did not want her to worry about it falling through again. The buyer's agent did a fantastic job of securing a new lender for her buyer (the first one also fell through!!) so we were all relieved when it was able to close!
