Jonathan was great and always got back to me if he didnt know answers to questions . Working with the processor was where I would rate not excellant. She was out the week of closing and we weren't informed. Then we had 2 other persons stepping in which was clunky and cumbersome. We were down to the wire trying to correct some items for insurance the day before closing which was missed by the processor and the two stepping in were not efficient. They requested items which were already addressed and the final digital package had the wrong insurance listed. My realtor said he had never seen anything like that.
