There were some times througout the process where we feel there were some delays that were controllable, including on closing day when we had to wait 4-5 hours after signing so actually get the okay and have the money wired over from the lender.

Guillermo really worked hard to my family into our new home. Responds to emails and text quickly. Whenever there was an obstacle, he was able to work around it. I kept worrying that we were gonna lose the house that we put an offer on but he reassured me that the deal would be done. We closed last week!
