Although, both Sinclair and Kenzy did an excellent job getting this simple refi that took approximately 5 months to complete your company consistently dropped the ball. The last act of inefficacy was withdrawing 1203. 00 for an automated payment. This should have never been done as the transaction closed prior to the 15th day of the month. As a matter of fact no payment should have been withdrawn for November of 2025, as we were actually a month a head and the next payment was due in December of 2025. Although, we were reimbursed 1,203.00 for the erroneous withdrawl; we should be also been reimbursed for the withdrawl in the same amount that was processed in the beginning of the month of November. Once again this is not a reflection on the hard and diligent work by Sinclair or Kenzy. It is more of an example of the lack of communication and inefficiency within your company. Process was easy and straightforward and convenient uploading of document through the portal. Robert was proactive and would call anytime he needed to so I didn't feel that I needed to call a lot to follow up on things on my own.
