There were a couple of communication breakdowns re: required documentation that we felt should have been addressed much earlier. This might have occured because our loan processor left in the middle of our loan, but the information needed was a determining factor in our approval or denial. We were up against a hard deadline on our balloon mortgage, and spent a week thinking we would lose our home because at that point we didn't have time to find another loan.
