The process started at the end of October and didnt get done until the middle of January, that is way to long. The appraiser actually missed a whole bedroom in my house, if I didnt look of the appraisal it would have been missed. Then when it was changed from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom, the appraisal didnt change. I find that interesting. I know things happened that were out of Matt's control, but this wasn't a pleasant experience.
