Steve was great, but once the file got into processing I felt like I had made a huge mistake. I called and emailed Stephanie asking what was needed again and again only to be ignored until the last moment or until I had my agent or Steve call her. We didn't even have our closing documents until the morning of closing day and it was extremely stressful.
