Underwriting took weeks!! Last minute wanted me to increase homeowners policy coverage to cover loan amount, knowing full well that would go to there Underwriting team. In doing so r*te lock expired but was extended at a cost to me. Your Underwriting team had the numbers in front of them for weeks, could have had me working the homeowners insurance problem thus avoiding the additional r*te loc cost. Seems like a little scam. Most likely won't recommend you or use someone who nickel and dimes their clients.

Changed closing date to many times sometimes communication was a little difficult. But all in all everything was good and I would suggest your company and your people to anyone.
