Caleb was very helpful in answering all my questions and talking me through the process. Our closing had some hurdles, but I felt he was forthright with the information. We did have some struggles with requirements changing as the process hit the home stretch, but Caleb was always professional with my husband and me. Our realtor took some liberties and interacted with Caleb in a way that we don't condone. Frankly, we were embarrassed when our realtor told us how a particular conversation with Caleb went and we want to state his actions are not reflective of how we felt working with NAF. If I had to suggest room for improvement, it would be on the part of the loan processor. It seems that several times documents were requested that had already been sent. This put a lot of stress and additional time spent on the shoulders of our co-signer. I understand that an FHA loan has a lot more parts to it, but am thankful that NAF was willing to provide this home loan for us. We've been in the house for several days now and are happy to have it as our new home. Thank you to Caleb for working with us and guiding us through this process over the last four months.
