Once all the initial documents are gathered, my experience with the Underwriters was torture. Almost another month was added to my process because of things I was unable to impact. That resulted in a medical reaction I am now having to address.

Through no fault of Trephon. It took over three weeks to get the appraisal squared away. This added to the time. The whole process was much more lengthy that it should have been. This led to cost me significantly.
