Jason and NAF made the loan refi process easy. My only constructive feedback is the communications (unsolicited phone calls, automated emails, and texts from general NAF) were excessive and overwhelming at times in combination with my busy daily work schedule. I communicated numerous times that written communication was preferable and that I would reach out with any questions.
