This process was very smooth and really simple to do. All the information was very easy to read and understand. Very straight forward instructions and information. Timeline was reasonable and the patience that was shown by Gigi and Claudia was great. I really enjoyed working with both of them. The level of professionalism was really great as well. Overall I enjoyed the process and experience. Definitely would recommend Gigi to friends and family.

Excellent communication skills. Made sure the process kept moving on all parts tha she could control. Answered or directed us to someone who could answer our questions. Gigi was a stable spot in the roller coaster home loan ride.
