The process went well. Melanie helped make the experience better. I think everything was great except the unnecessary questions and requests that I felt had nothing to do with my loan application, such as “Are you still with your child’s father?” and “Why do you want to purchase a primary home in a city that you already have a primary home?” Overall, nice and painless experience.
