The were a few reasons I chose to go with Envoy/ Loan officer Nicole Kittredge. Initially I was communicating with a few other mortgage companies as well, but Nicole just seemed to work harder than the others. Most interests rates were comparable from all companies. Her response times were much faster, and the loan estimate provided was very descriptive and more detailed than others. This provided a high level of trust and understanding. She worked extra at the end to repair my loan. Thank you
