Better communication from Sara. Jay was fine. Outstanding in fact. But Sara it was so terrible dealing with her. She did not seem to be in the slightest experienced. Seemed like this may have been her first time dealing with any customers. I have better communication skills from my four year old. If there was anything from Sara it was to make this process harder and more drawn out.
