Larry & Sara Davidson responded to our questions/concerns quickly & thoroughly. Their team would push Fidelity & FHA to complete projects to meet our goals. Without their expertise, compassion & being able to comunicate with the lender our loan would not have funded by 12/31/25. We would have walked away & cancelled.
