My first time refinancing entirely on-line and while I overall liked the experience I didn't always understand what the next step was and this is where Mark's superior communication helped keep things on track. Constructive criticism - Give folks a general overview process document (even a simple graphic) in case its their first time. The lawyers office was great across the board as well but noone directed me how to do the wire transfer, fortunately I have VSECU and it was easy to do online.
