The process was consistent start to finish despite us being 450 miles apart. Mark was timely in all his correspondence, and he gave us time to execute on our end. The best thing of all is I do not have any moments that I can recall where I was frustrated. Like a good umpire, Mark just managed the game to a successful conclusion.
