Excellent communication and timely responses to questions and comments. As with all mortgage companies I've experienced though the one thing suggested for improvement is list everything underwriters will need upfront. Seems like just when you think you have provided everything asked for they come back with "one more thing" or two or three. This is the most frustrating part of the process for me. Maybe if they would cover all cost associated with "one more thing" things would improve.
