Suren is great. Explains everything very nicely.. but some of his team members aren't good. I spoke to Mary Stiedl who needs to understand that how she knows the process is not equal to how customers do. She struggled to understand the question I was asking and kept repeating the same thing over& over again.

The process was super easy and clear. I got a great rate and did not have to pay any fees. There was an issue where the payoff amount was wrong and I had to make a couple phone calls, sign a letter to get the difference pulled from my current escrow. Not a big deal but a little bit of an inconvenience at the last minute. Thanks!!

I started the process a couple of weeks back and the process of getting loan , sending/receiving documents via a website /digital signature to closing was so smooth that I did not realize that my mortgage has been refinanced.. A very good experience !!
