My family was working with a very short timeline to make a purchase and get the financing we needed to make it happen. The whole Draper & Kramer team worked seamlessly to make it happen so we could make our date! From application, through underwriting and appraisal to the closing itself -- excellent communication and follow through. I realize the mortgage process is more complicated than it was 10 years ago.
