No direct communication with loan processor which is why there are low marks. The one thing that bothered me most was the last minute ask for documentation of the origin of my earnest money(3 days prior to close). This should have been one of the first things I was asked for not the last. Why it wasn’t asked for at the same time the documentation of my down payment funds was I will not understand. I also would have appreciated a checklist of the documents I needed to provide at the beginning of the process. It seemed like everyday there was something new requested and sometimes I would get requests multiple times a day. I was accommodating in getting the documents as quickly as I could but understand I have a job too so to be bothered multiple times throughout the day was distracting. Overall the experience was good. There is room for Improvement on document gathering in my opinion.
