Meggan did a great job of explaining everything and providing printouts so I was able to review the information multiple times. Whenever a change would happen, she was very prompt with communication and letting me know what needed to be done and by when. We had a slight issue with the bank not approving the interest r*te we were hoping so Meggan advocated for us multiple times to try to get us that lower percentage. Overall it felt like she was very invested in us getting the best deal possible and helping us to make the best decisions possible for what my husband and I could do. It was our first time buying a house and this was a great experience. If we ever decide to sell the house I would love to work with Meggan again!

My only complaint would be having to do everything on line. its impossible to read fine print on phone. The other thing is there anyway to reduce the number of times that we have to sign documents? I don't recall that from previous home purchases.

We were kept informed of progress every step along the way. E-signing made the process easier, avoiding unncessary in-person meetings. Everything was done efficieintly. Josh was always pleasant and available to respond to questions and concerns.
