Very smooth overall process and very efficient. Like the website and the ability to look at the loan status. Only improvement i would recommend is for the downstream communication, in terms of email responses, to be a bit more timely. Its not like it cause any delays in the process or any other issues At all!

Indy was very helpful throughout the whole mortgage process. Mine ended up with a unique situation. The closing was delayed due to a death on the seller's family side. Indy was very helpful in pushing my closing, was responsive to my calls and emails. A few times when I escalated issues to him, he was able to resolve them quickly.
