Joy was super easy to communicate with, very positive minded and upbeat. The only negative thing I have to say is... My proceeds check weren't handled correctly between the loan office and lawyer office. Miscommunication between the 2 parties, made me to have to resolve the issue myself, when I was told it would be handled between one of the 2 offices.
