Rae was fantastic. But, she can only do so much and cannot control the inefficiency of NAF. Nick Grunther made the processing experience very negative and disheartening. This was way too stressful and extended too long. It made us want to simply forget the entire process and go in a different direction. Grunther should not be in a role that requires customer interaction. He does not understand how effective communication can provide a positive customer experience.
