Tricia was very responsive and had great energy throughout the whole interaction. Always available and easy to communicate with. However, there were instances where her supporting staff was unresponsive and took very long to respond. I had to reach out to Tricia as a result, who always answered with urgency. The process took longer mostly due to complications on our end but overall everything went great
