I had specific needs that were explained to Corey in the first meeting. He said, "I know we can get this done" and he did. Corey was also understanding of my schedule. I couldn't take calls during normal business hours and he went out of his way to call me after "normal" hours to keep me updated and get me the information needed.

On the day of close, there was suddenly a title issue due to sharing a wall. It is a town home, of course it shares a wall. Title was received 7/19 and this was not addressed until the day of closing 8/5. Our stuff was on a moving truck with no where to go. Finally got cleared to close the next day and it still wasn’t funded, so had to wait again. I literally thought my husband was going to have a heart attack! Most stressful time of my life. John was great, but when he passed it on, Cynthia took over of which I heard from twice. Asked for final closing number which I couldn’t get. Very frustrating, scary, and nerve racking… to be told on the day of closing is not right and we incurred a lot of expenses to cover that day of “homelessness”. I would recommend John any day, no so sure about the company itself. Time will tell once we go to refinance!!
