Dylan made my experience better than what it should have been. There were many bumps in the road when it came to the underwriting, however he was great at communicating and providing updates. There were some unrealistic promising that were made during closing that were not possible due to the underwriting from my understanding.

The process was fairly simple and went quickly. It was easy to upload anything that was needed and communication was good. My only critique would be the process for paying creditors with a cash out refinance, I wasn't a fan of paper checks and having to mail those. Other than that I would say it was a great experience. Lisa is top notch and knows her stuff!
