Ralph VanNostrand seems to me a VERY caring, invested worker with others. He knows his craft and stayed on top of communications with my wife and me. I was less impressed with the corporate treatment. Ralph made their "all business; not people" easier to swallow. I was disappointed at the interest rate which NAF imposed. I expect to be paying off our loan shortly.
