I felt that I was doing more following up than my loan processor (Edgar) was, with questions being re-asked by him after I had already answered them, notifying him that I had not received documents, and receiving last minute requests for items such as wire transfers and cancellations. Prior to this experience I would have recommeneded NAF 10/10. Now, I am hesitatnt to do so.
