Jason was knowledgeable and pretty much everything that he said pretty much happened. I have worked with other loan officers in the past and they typically lie and say anything to get you to go with them. Jason was honest. We had an open and honest conversation and earned my business and I don't regret it. He worked on my behalf and he was always accessible. Anytime I had a question, he was there to answer it and when he didn't have the answer, he went and found it and got back to me. If the rates at NAF drop to the right level, I am considering refinancing two more of my other properties over to NAF. Thus far, the experience has been great.
