Yes, the loan officer and loan processor could had done better at being on the same page. We recieved many conflicting calls from the two of them during the process and were close to walking away from deal with NAF. In the end Mr Nelson did a great job of clearing all the lines of communication, making us more comfortable with finalizing the deal.
