Everything was great with Malcolm he communicated well answered and returned calls promptly made the experience seem very easy. When it got sent over to the underwriter and loan processor is when it became a bad experience something that should have been happy and exciting became the worst experience once it got sent over to them. The loan processors communication was not good the only communication with him was when he needed something if I had questions or showed my frustration he would ignore me and not answer that made it worse. I was so frustrated with loan processor and underwriter it was getting to the point that we were done with the whole process. But We got it done and we are in our home and can now be happy and stress free. Malcolm was great just when it got over to underwriting and processing is when it turned bad.
