Fred was always available to respond to questions and concerns. I live in the west coast and there was a time I need to reach him late in the afternoon. He answered his phone even after the Central time business hours. During closing, there were some issues with the title company so he made himself available to follow up and clear any issues. He is a person you can rely on during the refinance process.
