I was working with a different lender, which ended up with hidden fees and what seemed to be a constant request for different documents. In total contrast, Eric is very organized, with just one simple list of documents, no hidden fees and a less expensive deal. A good listener and even worked on my loan whilst at in baggage claim after a four hour flight. Eric makes things happen, from first uploading a documents to closing on a house in just under three weeks.
