It wasn't anything to do with Brett. Brett was great! He was responsive, approachable, and a great help. The big issue for us was the title company. I would not suggest using them in the future. They messed up the paperwork multiple times (even on the day we closed). I would just suggest using a different title company for future homebuyers. NAF (Brett and Rob) were great!

Everything with Kevin and Rob was great, underwriting not so much. The person used for the value of the place shouldn't have been used, he was from a town that property is worth half the price and comparisons of other homes in other towns that are low
