the process was seamless until the end. There was a missing signature on the closing documents and the communication was a bit confusing. this missing signature was likely the fault of the notary. But we ended up having to send personal info via text so it wasn't a secure exchange. Which was uncomfortable.

Great Experience overall. We wish that it was better communication with the existing loan team since we kept getting calls and mail communication about the existing loan was late
