Aaron did his best to keep us abreast. The communication with Sunee was challenging at times but I believe this was due to the communication and process with Underwriting. I understand that this is "normal" with mortgage loan processing, but was very stressful for us and I believe unnecessary. So to sum it up, better communication and a smoother process with communication with everyone would have made a big difference. We requested group emails to keep everyone on the same page and that did seem to help in the end.
