While Bruce was extremely helpful and very attentive and very accommodating throughout the process, the process itself was the issue with me. It took too long (about 4 months)! Having to provide the same information i.e. drivers license, bank statements, W2, etc. over and over again was irritating to say the least. But, as I said, Bruce was great and I would recommend him to others for their mortgage needs.
