More effective communication between the different departments, myself, and the builder. This Process took over 5 months to get approved for the loan. Maybe have a set checklist at the beginning in order for new builders to get approved and documentation from the start of whats required. Overall, this process could have run smoother. Connie was very informative in keeping me updated.
